What visitors can do with this journal

The site is an editorial publication about Pagani automobiles, covering models, coachbuilt specials, and atelier work. Reading it should be simple, so the list below keeps the permissions and the limits side by side.

Content accuracy

How we report specifications and event details

We make reasonable efforts to report Pagani specifications, production numbers, and event details accurately based on published information. Content is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that every detail is current or complete, and we correct errors when they are brought to our attention.

Manufacturers revise figures, and owners sometimes know a chassis better than any press release does. If a number looks wrong, send the source and we will look at it.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes purchasing, financial, legal, or mechanical advice. For vehicle purchases or service, consult a qualified dealer or professional.

Purchasing

Allocation, waiting lists, and resale values change constantly and depend on the manufacturer and the dealer. Treat anything you read here as background reading before that conversation, not as a substitute for it.

Service

Maintenance intervals, fluids, and torque figures belong with the people who work on the car. Bring the owner's documentation to an authorised service partner rather than relying on a journal article.

Legal & financial

Import duties, insurance terms, and ownership structures vary by state and by country. Ask an adviser who knows your situation.

Intellectual property

Site text and original materials are the property of the site operator unless otherwise noted. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

That means the wording and the layout of this journal are ours, while names such as Pagani, Utopia, Huayra, and Zonda remain with their owners. We mention them to describe cars, not to claim any connection with the manufacturer.

  • Our articles and photographs may not be resold or bundled into a paid product without written permission.

  • Third-party images or quotations are used for commentary and credited where the source is known.

  • If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us with the details and we will review it.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis.

We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. In practice that covers missed events, changed production figures, travel plans built around a story, or decisions taken after reading an article. Use the journal to inform your own enquiries, and confirm anything time-sensitive with the manufacturer, the organiser, or your dealer.

Nothing here limits rights you hold under the law that applies where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Revisions are made when the journal adds a section, changes how a page works, or clarifies wording that readers have asked about. The date on this page moves with each revision, so you can tell whether you are reading the current version.
