Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Conney Huether — Pagani Atelier Journal collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to visitors of conneyhuether.com.

We keep the journal about Pagani cars and the people who build, own and photograph them. To run it we also handle a small amount of visitor information, and this page describes that work in plain terms: what arrives, why we hold it, who else may see it, how long it stays, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

What arrives

Information we collect

From the contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. If you write to point out a factual error in a Pagani article, that correction stays with the message so we can act on it. We do not ask for a phone number, a postal address, or payment details on this site, and you should not include them in a message unless you want us to have them.

Recorded automatically

Basic technical information, such as browser type, the date of a visit and the pages viewed, may be recorded through standard server logs. This happens on ordinary web hosting and does not identify you by name on its own.

Not collected

Reading the journal does not require an account. There is no newsletter sign-up on this site, so we do not build a mailing list, and we do not ask you to log in to read an article or open an archive page.

How we use information

Two clear purposes

Replying

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to follow up if the conversation continues. We read every message, including notes about a Pagani model, an event date, or a detail that reads wrong in an article.

Correcting

Where a message identifies a factual error, we use it to review and correct site content. The message itself may be kept alongside the correction while we check the source material.

Keeping the site up

Server log data is used to maintain the site, diagnose technical problems, and understand general traffic patterns — for example, which articles readers open most often. That view is a summary of traffic, never a profile of an individual reader.

Sharing

Where information goes, and where it does not.

Never sold

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it to advertisers, and we do not hand a reader's email address to a third party so it can market Pagani parts, models, or event tickets to you. The journal carries no reader data brokerage.

Service providers

Information may be shared with the providers who operate the website on our behalf — the company that hosts the site and the service that delivers contact form messages. They handle it only so the site keeps working.

Where required by law

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to answer a lawful request from a public authority. Outside those two cases, the content of a message stays with the people who answer it.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up correction, after which they may be deleted. Nothing is held for its own sake, and no reader message is archived as a permanent record.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us. Write to us with enough detail that we can find the message — the email address you used, roughly when you sent it, and what you want changed.

The journal covers Pagani models and atelier craft. The privacy questions on this page are separate from that editorial work, and you can reach us about either through the same contact page.

Common questions

Short answers to the questions readers ask most often about this policy.

Do I need an account to read the journal? Open

No. Model archive pages, articles and event notes are open to any visitor. Because there is no account, there is no profile of your reading to maintain beyond the ordinary server log described above.

What happens to a correction I send about an article? Open

The message is reviewed against our source material, the article is updated if a change is warranted, and the message is then kept only as long as the correction thread needs it. If you ask us to remove the message afterwards, we will.

Do you track what I read to build a profile? Open

We look at page traffic as a whole — which articles are opened, which days are busy — to decide what to publish next. That is a summary of visits, not a record attached to your name. Details of browser storage are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Can I write to the postal address instead? Open

Yes. Postal requests about this policy can go to 305 E 26th St, Brooklyn, NY 11226, USA. Please note that email is faster for a request about a specific message, because we can search it directly.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us a message, write to DonzelRuis@conneyhuether.com and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, dated at the top, so you can tell which text applies to a message you sent earlier. If a change affects how contact messages are used, we will say so here rather than quietly rewriting the page.

Policy pages describe how the journal runs, not how its cars are built. For the build side, start from the Atelier & Craft section.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to us by email or by post. We answer requests during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and we will respond to a privacy request within a reasonable period.
